Carltas Company is a privately owned real estate investment company. Our principal activities are focused in the Southern California counties of San Diego, Riverside and Orange. The Company is based in Carlsbad, California.
Our investment objectives are directed at long-term portfolio ownership of leased commercial and residential properties.
